Goods are normally shipped the same day if order is received a weekday before noon.  If the goods are not in stock we will send you an e-mail stating the expected delivery time. Shipment will then take place when goods are in stock.

Curriers and prices for shipment are chosen during check out.

Our free standard delivery takes 4-8 days.

If you want the product faster, you can choose UPS with 3-4 working days delivery or DHL express with 2-4 days delivery.

Price and payment

Goods ordered on the webshop may be paid by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. The amount is withdrawn from your account when the product has been shipped.

All prices are including VAT, excluding delivery. Delivery costs stated on the website.

For delivery outside of the EU customs duty and VAT charges may apply. These will be at the expense of the consumer.

You have 14 days right of revocation valid from receipt of good.

If you do not want the product, you must return it in the same condition as it was received. As a consumer, you are liable for any deterioration of the goods value caused by any other handling than what is needed to establish the type, use and function of the product. If the returned good has been put to use, shows signs of wear, tear, stains or damages or is not in it’s original packaging, the full amount will not be returned.

The consumer bears the cost of returning the product.

When shopping at you have 24 months right of complaint. This means you are entitled to get the product repaired, exchanged, money back or discount of the price depending on the acutal situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is legitimate, that the fault has not occured following wrongful use of the product or any other kind of wrongful or damage causing behaviour.

The complaint must be made within reasonable time after you first noticed the fault.

When shopping at, your creditcard details are being handled by Bambora Online ePay, which is a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and MasterCard/Eurocard. All card information is handled in accordance with the rules and regulations of the card organisations.

Sale to countries outside of Denmark 

Senserna do not take responsibility for possible custom duties or other taxes which you may have to pay when buying from the webshop and shipping to countries outside the EU. This type of taxes or duties must be paid by the consumer.

The webshop and homepage belongs to Senserna A/S.

If you buy goods at our webshop, we will register name, address, e-mail and phone number. We are doing this in order to send  you the goods ordered. The information will not be handled to any third party except from the company making the delivery service, as well as the data- and service providers who do work on behalf of Senserna. Any customer acknowledge and accepts that Senserna in some cases may be bound to pass on part of the information to third parties, e.g. to adhere to current legislation or following instructions from a qualified court of law or other authority or to protect and defend the property rights of Senserna if the relevant third party receiving the information is under confidentiality.

Personal information are kept for the time period valid in accordance with current law only, and Senserna are deleting personal information when they are no longer needed. The time period depends on the character of the information and the background for keeping the information.
